optionUnloadNested - Deallocate the memory for a nested valueSYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
A nested value needs to be deallocated. The pointer passed in should have been gotten from a call to configFileLoad() (See @pxref{libopts-configFileLoad}).- pOptVal
